Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If written cancellation is received before March 15th, we provide a refund
minus a $200.00 processing fee.  If the written cancellation is received
after March 15th, we provide a refund minus a $200.00 processing fee when
the unit is rerented and payment is made in full.
